Take this return walk in Marramarra National Park to enjoy a long day of walking in pristine nature, close to the Hawkesbury River. If you want, you can stay overnight at Gentlemans Halt campground. Let us begin by acknowledging the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we travel today, and pay our respects to their Elders past and present.

  • Turn sharp left onto Canoelands Ridge Trail and drive for another 15 m

Find the gate at the start.
After another 2.3 km continue straight.
After another 450 m continue straight.
After another 2.2 km continue straight.
After another 470 m continue straight.
After another 1.2 km continue straight.
After another 1.3 km turn left.
After another 2.4 km come to "Gentlemans Halt".
Campsite managed byNSW National Parks and Wildlife Service. This is a free campsite.
Turn around here and retrace the main route for 10.3 km to get back to the start.
