The Strzelecki National Park is in the south west corner of Flinders Island. It covers an area of 4216 hectares. A three kilometer track leads to the top of Strzelecki Peaks the highest point in the park at 782m.
Strzelecki NP is one of Tasmania's 19 National Parks. The National Park was gazetted in 1967 and was named Strzelecki NP in 1972.
