Freycinet National Park

The Freycinet National Park covers the majority of the Freycinet peninsula and Schouten Island to the south of the peninsula. The highest point of the park is Mount Freycinet at 620m, right along side Mount Graham (579m). Across the sand isthmus to the north are the five peaks in the Hazards range, the highest of which is Mount Dove (485m).

One of Tasmania's 19 National Parks. Freycinet National Park (along with Mt Field National Park) is Tasmania's oldest national park, gazetted in 1916. It covers an area of 16,900 hectares.
