I'm planning a 4 day meditation bushwalk at Southport Lagoon over the Hobart Show Day Long Weekend 22-25/10/09.

Features of Southport Lagoon Reserve include sea beaches that don't get all that many visitors any more since the 4WD track has been closed, 2 significant lagoons, quite a lot of luvly open coastal bush, being close to the Recherche Bay 'French Garden' and plenty of bird life.

I've put a few ideas on how a meditation bushwalk could work at http://ahack.org (Meditation Walks & Bush Camps).

If anyone is interested, we'd probably have a meeting beforehand to sort out details and to make sure that we plan this in a way that everyone can comfortably participate.

Would be luvly to hear from anyone who might want to join this trip or who may be interested in doing similar trips in the future.

Hi, i would be really interested in any further meditation bushwalks, but unfortunately i am teaching on the thursday and friday...no hobart show days when you live in the north of the state!

can you keep me in mind if you plan another one?

sorry you can't make it. currently 5 firm on the list and 5 maybe's. Max number 8, but 6 is a bit easier for a group to work together IMO.
