Since you want a tea house trek the options are pretty much limited to Langtang, Annapurna or the Everest districts.
Langtang and Manaslu districts were badly damaged by the earthquake and more recently by landslips. The Annapurna Circuit is a shadow if its former self due to the development of roads at both ends.
Which leaves the Everest district. In my opinion its the most scenic anyway. A popular route of late is the three passes trek, but its also worth considering the traditional route to EBC from Jiri instead of flying in.
The best sources of information are the guide books but look for up-to-date editions. I found Kev Renolds Cicerone guides very good but I think Kev has retired now.
The most important thing is to plan an itinerary which allows enough time for altitude acclimatization.
Consider also that as a solo trekker you may have difficulty finding lodging at tea houses at busy times.
